Payments:
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees.
Cancellations & Lockouts:
Less than 24 hours notice or inability to access the property may result in a fee up to the full service cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Clients must report concerns within 24 hours. We will return to address issues. Refunds are not provided.
Safety & Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
Liability:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed or fragile items. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
